John H. Anderson, Attorney
John Anderson spent five years as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles County where he rose to the position of Senior Trial Deputy and successfully concluded jury trials on all types of major crimes. After three decades of legal practice, Mr. Anderson has become a master of the finer points of obtaining justice for his clients. In many cases, Mr. Anderson is able to settle issues in their pre-trial stages. He is dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs and aggressively pursues the most favorable results for every one of his firm’s cases.
Using the knowledge he has gained as a prosecutor, negotiator and litigator, Mr. Anderson works tirelessly to provide his clients the best representation available. He has over 30 years of experience representing clients with every legal problem imaginable, and frequently obtains successful results by jury trial.
Todd C. Anderson, Attorney
Todd Anderson is an aggressive criminal defense attorney and a compassionate, trustworthy family law attorney. Whether you have been accused of a crime and need someone that is willing to fight for you, or you’re looking for customized counsel during your difficult family law case, Todd has the knowledge and skills to help you. He is a graduate of The Pepperdine University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in both California and Arizona. He is the former President of the South Orange County Bar Association, and is a member of the Harbor Court’s Quasi-Indigent Panel. Todd Anderson enjoys shotgun shooting, golf and tennis.
Troy C. McMahan, Attorney
Upon graduating from law school and passing the Bar Exam in 1996, Troy McMahan has worked with John H. Anderson in obtaining the best possible results for their clients. Mr. McMahan has found his niche as a “law and motion” attorney and will see that your case is properly prepared and presented to the Judge. He is an experienced legal researcher and drafter of motions, briefs, appeals, and other types of documentation that may come before the Court.
Mr. McMahan and his wife of 23 years have six sons. He has completed multiple marathons and Ironman triathlon events, and has summited the highest peaks in Europe, Africa and South America.
Linda Ledford, Paralegal
As a practicing and experienced paralegal for over 20 years, with 12 of those years dedicated to John Anderson Law, Linda Ledford has maintained a close involvement and legal familiarity with each of the firm’s cases. Ms. Ledford’s successful combination of attention to detail and thorough knowledge of civil procedure has brought the firm success in legal matters in both federal and state courtrooms. She earned an associate’s degree as a paralegal in 1992 and is a member of the National Notary Association.
She is also a licensed California real estate salesperson. With all aspects of a legal case, from inception to resolution, she works diligently at earning favorable results for the firm’s clients.
Correne G. Day, Paralegal
Once Correne Day had accumulated 15 years of knowledge and skill with some of the most distinguished law firms in the Orange County legal community, she joined John Anderson Law in 2005 as a California Paralegal. Mrs. Day received her Associate’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate from Fullerton College in California in 1992. She is a valuable asset to John Anderson Law and its clients, with years of experience in California law and procedure.
Linda M. Stroupe, Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal
Linda Stroupe has over thirty years of experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal, and the last fifteen years specializing in Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Probate, Corporate, Contracts and Real Estate. Linda works closely with clients and assists attorneys in the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care and property management as well as funding of trusts, utilizing working knowledge of the formation and estate-planning procedures as well as procedures for transferring and distributing trust and probate estates. While working as a legal assistant and paralegal, Linda has continued her education by taking continuing education courses and enrolling in paralegal courses at Saddleback College and is presently a California Notary Public.
